First off, we are very appreciative of Victoria at the Norterra Phoenix store. Victoria didnt know it was the second Sleep Number store we visited that day. The salesperson at the first location didnt show us a comparable bed that was half off that weekend. We decided to go into another location. Victoria showed us all options, was helpful, and transparent, so we bought one!
So far, we are thrilled with how comfortable the bed is.
We are thrilled with the purchase and with Victoria at the Norterra location!

The make sales person was extremely knowledgeable but the female wasn't. She said that she was new--so I'll cut her some slack. Both were very friendly.
