I love this place, although the hours are becoming challenging. I wish they would go back to normal business hours. Or at least reccomend us a place, that can help us, when your not open.

InMotion has taken great care of me for years and I'm always quick to recommend Heather and her team. After dealing with neck and back pain for the last week and much lost sleep I saw Leeann today for a 90 minute massage..... small but mighty she worked through knots on top of knots on top of knots. Immediately feeling better and I'll return again to see her next week for a follow up. I'm a mess but she was very thorough and persistant! Do yourselves a favor and go to InMotion!!

On Wednesday July 8th I pulled up to the office and saw that the sign shows they opened at 8am. I was in excruciating pain and needed to be seen as soon as possible. My mistake, I thought they opened up at 7 a.m. so I took off to go do a couple things and came back to wait until 8am like the sign shows. I kept seeing other employees walk into other buildings for the start of their shift but nobody was walking in to in motion Chiropractic I tried three different numbers and nobody answered finally the last number a lady answered it was already 8:10am. I asked her if they were finally open and she told me no that they open at 12. I asked her where is the sign specifying that you guys open at 12 there's nothing posted to let your patients know? she goes on to tell me that none of the doctors are in this week only for massages. I understand that we're going through covid, I understand that but if you're going to not go by the hours that are posted for all your patients to go off of then at least have the common courtesy to leave something posted for your patients to know of any changes in the hours of operation especially in times like these. Needless to say I was late for work because I was unaware of these hour changes and I left in excruciating pain and felt so deceived. I was unable to see a chiropractor at the time that is posted that they are available. I've taken my business elsewhere where they value their patience and don't deceive them.
