I booked this via ClassPass and there is no one at this address. The place is locked and no one is in the office. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

UPDATE: Just found out by a reputable source that the people giving this company 5 star reviews are freinds trying to offset all the bad reviews!! (Original post around Dec 2020) The massage was ok but was surprised to see there were no simple measures in place to lessen the transmission of Covid at all so that def put me at unease throughout the massage. Also, Phillip should work on his communication skills with people in general as they're very poor (can't you tell by his responses to the poor reviews from customers just giving their honest experiences and his responses to the Groupon reviews are worse). He doesn't talk at all over the phone all his communication is done through txt and was very socially awkward upon meeting in person. He told me I could give him my $20 deposit as a tip or he can refund it. I used it as the tip even though it def wasn't worth it but I'm a nice person, its the holidays, and won't be going back anyways. I'd definitely recommend Keystone Body therapy instead!

As like others, my wife set us massages up and we paid our 20 each for confirmation which we had received. Showed up at 2:45pm for my appt and found no one here with the door locked and dark inside the address. This Phillip guy needs to be shown physically on the way of scamming hard working folks out of their money is not a good thing. All you raving about what a great guy this is and how good his massages are must be friends or relatives to help offset his poor as reviews. This guy is a crook and I will move forward on reporting him to all agencies that need to be aware of this loser.

Just received a text from the company saying they no longer accept the Groupon that I purchased and has not expired. They stated that they will no longer do business with a demonic company like groupon. However they are being so unprofessional to not even accept groupons that they authorized and sold how horrible is that. They also said to get my money back from Groupon.
