        My son LOVES going to class. He gets such a workout all the while learning good self-defense moves. I think that is what appeals to him so much. This is definitely a teenagers idea of fun!

        Highly recommend Sensei Chris and PMA in Ahwatukee. The location is incredibly convenient and extremely clean, the staff is professional, knowledgeable and caring and the classes are plentiful. Great place for kids and adults to get active and learn new skills.

        I would recommend Premier Martial Arts because it is a great place to learn martial arts and the staff is amazing. My daughter loves going there because while she's learning the skills she has fun and leaves with a smile on her face. Sensei Chris is a wonderful teacher. He makes the classes informative and engaging.
