First time at this location. Came in 30 min early like they asked. Had no paperwork to fill out. Waited for over an hour other people that came after me were called in but I was still waiting. I was finally called after 1 hour and 10 min. Technician was very nice but I will choose a different place next time.

Waiting over 45 min and and counting not one person out of 7 was called back. Adding more people in waiting room.

My first time at this place. First interaction with the receptionist in the front desk, no welcome greetings, just direct questioning. Afterwards, I wait for med assistant to call me in, brunette color hair assistant calls me in, also not nice. She was so direct, pulling me left, right, that way into the mammogram machine, very rude! I was hoping to get the blond lady who had a cheery nice attitude, maybe I wouldn't feel so thrown around. All in all, I am never going to this location again.

I have been having my mammograms here for the past few years and I agree with the previous reviews about the lack of professionalism with the front desk. Retraining is needed! It took me two (2) days of calling to reschedule and appointment. I would input my phone number for a call back, never happened, finally I went over to the office and handled it directly. The young lady was very helpful and apologized, but it was not her fault. This should never have happened. I don't know why the staff is even in this field with their lack of patience and insensitivity for the patient. Shame on Banner!
