Modern Industries

I was hired through a temp agency Nesco that Modern Industries uses. Very chaotic and unorganized. Was hired for a low wage that nobody wanted to build crates. The supervisor I was assign was not onsite. The lead was very lacking in the skills to be a lead. The lead had her girlfriend working onsite which IS a conflict of interest. The lead bad mouthed the supervisor 1st day. I was given the wrong address via NESCO resources. I was let go without warning. The wage was less than desirable. Coworkers made fun of a kid who cut his finger on the Miter saw. The last lead walked after 4 years so the new lead was running things on a default basis. I was given a badge that never worked. The lead was always late. I outperformed the lead on cut list duties. My safetyorienta checklist was never completed. I was let go by false allegations by the lead which could not be cocontested because the supervisor was vacant not onsite. I was told to do things that were ineffective. Modern should use labor from home depot if they operate like this. I don't care if they are family owned and been around for decades.
