Customer service is good, very friendly. However I dont like the fact every time I call they dont have a proper greeting, they answer and say hello I feel like Im calling my mom. Usually businesses have a professional greeting like hello, welcome to Aqui Se Puede how can I help u? The process was quick and easy but I also didnt like that she had all my information and she heard me on a call with my husband asking for the registration and proceeded to ask if the car was actually mine. I guess she found it odd that I didnt know where my registration was but everything I had given her was under my name. Over all Im satisfied just wish they maintained a bit more professional since its not like I call once Ive called like 5 times to make my payments and its always the same thing. Overall Thank you to the location on Thomas and 35th.
