I normally start off reviewing companys by giving them a 5 star. But I will leave a 3 now because they only report to ONE credit bureau. Had I known that , I wouldve never accepted the loan. I am now starting to make 5 years of car payments for NOTHING?? That is scandalous.

If you have an auto loan with this company beware of Olivia Cervantas and Luis Padilla. They are crooks and liars. I see online several examples of what I am dealing with as well same issues. When it comes to titles and registration this place is a nightmare. I am now being garnished after olivia made one attempt to reach out via text and then filed for garnishment. Not to mention the amount is not accurate and they caused me to be charged a 500 dollar abandoned vehicle fee after I surrendered the vehicle and they sold it in my name. Inhope Olivia and her family suffer from the karma that is due to them after her scammer ways.

Hi. I wanted to give a rating for my customer service representative (manager) Sophia. I am a dog trainer and having trouble with surgerys, covid and a long period of no jobs Sophia worked with me time after time. She has always been courteous and truly wanted to work with me. Communication is so important and I lack in that, but she really listened and encouraged me that things will get better. Sophia you are defiantly 5 star and I thank you so much.
