        Long time West Elm fan, this store is very close to my home. Sadly, it seems like the store managers and employees spend little to no time actually looking at the items on the floor. The items in the back are covered with dust, which leads me to believe this store isn't turning items over often enough. Not exactly the message you want to send to a customer.

        this is a nightmare of a company, it took over 8 months to receive my items and i finally received damaged items. customer service is awful.

        West Elm is a lovely store with furniture you cant help but appreciate. Whether you need furniture or decor, this store has something youll love. The question is whether youll want to pay the price for it. But in my experience, it lasts long and its worth the penny you pay. This store is much preferred over their Scottsdale Quarter location, too, due to the selection and design center.
