I have not been able to get in touch with the rambling rose in Lagrange Georgia, but around 82 dollars a month comes out of my social security check with no way to get in touch with my insurance representative! Cancel my policy now!

My husband passed away Feb22 2021. I made my first call to Oxford later that week to have them mail my paperwork to file the insurance claim. Waited three week before it arrived. Just before that arrived I made a second call and they did e-mail me copies with instructions. Followed instructions as written. It said that policies under 50000 did not need photo ID so I did not send them. Much later I am told that yes, I do need them and so I faxed them the same day. I is now May 11 and I am still waiting for my claim. I can not and will not recommend Oxford Life to anyone. They really do not care.

1 hour hold time. Mail my check to wrong address and even after them mailing my check to wrong address no apologies and I gave them a checking account they made me wait and start all over again. It took another 2 weeks for me to get money deposit. Poor customerservice

It has now been 3 months and they still haven't processed our claim. Twice now they sent us someone the policy information from another person. Their phone hold times are over 30 minutes then they often hang up on you when they want.
