I never write reviews but I felt like I had to for my experience at LaserAway. Hands down the best experience I could have hoped for with Laser Hair Removal. I'm still maybe halfway on my journey but the results l've seen so far have been life changing already. My initial consultation was super breezy and they made me feel comfortable despite my nervousness and initial hesitation. Special shout out to Michelle in the front! She has been wonderful, always so friendly and super knowledgeable. Would recommend to my family and friends.

I have had an incredible experience at Laser Away! Michelle was amazing. So professional, caring, kind and knowledgeable. I didn't feel pressured to purchase any treatments and she listened to my needs and made recommendations. I ended up getting fillers and I'm really happy with the results. The whole process was peaceful and not stressful at all thanks to the environment created by people like Michelle that helped make it easy for me. I will definitely be back.

Same Day Update: I wanted to share an update to my previous review, highlighting the exceptional assistance I received from Brian at LaserAway. Brian's professionalism and dedication were evident throughout the process of helping me remove a loan associated with PatientFi. Brian handled the situation with kindness, respect, and grace. His willingness to go above and beyond reaffirmed my trust in LaserAway's commitment to customer care. Thanks to Brian's expertise, the resolution of my issue was seamless and stress-free. I am truly grateful for his outstanding support and commend him for his exemplary service.I had an incredibly disappointing experience with LaserAway, prompting me to leave this review to warn others. Today, I signed up for services with LaserAway and had to secure financing through PatientFi. However, upon further consideration, I decided not to proceed with LaserAway's services. I promptly contacted both LaserAway and PatientFi to cancel the appointment and loan agreement, as I was well within my rights to do so under the Truth in Lending Act - 4.3.6 of the Consumer Protection Regulations. While PatientFi seemed understanding, the same cannot be said for LaserAway. Haley was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Despite my attempts to cancel the appointment and loan, I encountered resistance. Not only was my request not honored, but there was also a lack of respect for my consumer rights. It's worth noting that refusal to cancel a loan under these circumstances is a clear violation of the Truth in Lending Act. This experience has left me incredibly frustrated and disappointed. It's disheartening to be denied basic consumer rights, especially in such a significant financial decision. I strongly advise anyone considering LaserAway to think twice and explore other options. Overall, my experience with LaserAway has been nothing short of disappointing, and I cannot recommend their services to anyone. I will be contacting my legal if LaserAway continues refuse to cancel this loan agreement.

I wanted to share what an EXCEPTIONAL experience I had with Jasmine!! It's hard nowadays to find such kind and understanding people, who truly listens and gives such positive and meaningful words!!! What an asset Laseraway has, to have such an amazing employee!! Thank you, Jasmine!

Do yourself a favor and don't spend any money with this group! they book out 4-6 weeks so if you have an appointment conflict you will be significantly delayed. They stopped offering services at the location closest to me and refuse to refund money spent. They cancelled on me last minute and still gave me a hard time about rescheduling! They continue to aggressively sign up new customers even thought they can't handle their existing customer base. STAY AWAY!
