Ive been coming here for about a year and I have had a great experience. Everyone Ive worked with has been wonderful, including Erin, Lily, and Adriana. Also, Im really happy with my results! Highly recommend this place.

I have been coming to Simplicity Laser for a few years now and I have had nothing but wonderful experiences here! Everyone there is so kind and professional. My results have been SO awesome! I always look forward to seeing my two favorite techs Lily and Erin! They are the absolute coolest mother daughter duo and they really know their stuff. They always make me feel so well cared for every time I visit. If you have any doubts about coming here...just throw those thoughts right in the trash. You won't regret it in any aspect!

I absolutely love simplicity laser. I have had the most amazing experience. I was a lifelong waxer and a girlfriend recommended laser for me. After doing a lot of research I finally decided on simplicity laser. Not only has the entire staff been amazing but my results have been phenomenal! I have accomplished more in, nine months of laser than I have in years of waxing. I see Erin S as my tech And she is so quick, knowledgeable, and incredibly professional. She makes me very comfortable and great small talk to make the experience more enjoyable. The whole appointment takes less than 10 minutes and my results of been phenomenal and quick!! I also adore Lily at the front desk. She Always has great product recommendations, incredibly friendly and polite. I have heard horror stories from many laser clinics, and that has not been my experience here. I go to the Biltmore location. I am also licensed in the beauty industry, so Im normally very particular about where I have treatments done. I cant recommend them enough.

This place is fantastic! Everyone is friendly, quick and efficient. And the laser hair removal works amazing. I would highly recommend it.
