I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I went in to this place looking for pavers & a fountain for my yard , I was greeted by a girl named Elena who was very rude & disrespectful. She knew nothing about the products & she couldnt answer my questions & was trying to rush me out. I was treated poorly by their sales staff. I was going to spend a lot of $$ there but will never return. Beware of this place , I was also told by some contractors they have some questionable business practices.

We were looking for a peaceful water feature for the entry of our church. Precast Concrete had a great section and Javier was pleasant during the purchase process. The delivery and setup crew were amazing. They got to work, each one a master at their task. They took the time to make sure it was installed correctly and level and the water effect was what we desired. Thank you for the professionalism you displayed from start to finish. Phoenix Precast Products is a terrible place to do business, would never patronize them again. I had a simple service request to have them replace a fountain pump on a 3-tier fountain I had purchased from them over 5 yrs ago. They sent me an estimate which I agreed to ($304.94). From there all was downhill. Sales rep had to be called various times to get a time to come to my home; on the day of the appointment, had to reschedule 2 weeks later; finally fountain was working; NEXT day pump came apart from hose in fountain, immediately contacted Precast, they wanted to charge me $100.00 to come back out again..terrible customer service
