Got a customized pendant and they told us it would take 3-4 days to be ready. we live far so it took us 2 weeks to be able to find the time to come and they didnt even start on it!!!. we live 30 minutes away and to come all the way here in vain is frustrating. so unprofessional. dont recommend this place at all!!

I was looking for a set pair of a wedding and engagement ring. They said they could help, all I needed to do was text them and send a photo. I did that and they havent gotten back to me in a week. Also NONE of their diamond rings come with certificates. SMH
