Randy and the team at Michaels in Ahwatukee did an AMAZING job consulting my wife and I on a repair for her engagement ring. They were extremely professional, communicated and provided us with exceptional service. I would highly recommend Michaels to anyone.

Brought my grandmothers ring in to thicken the shank and add a Ruby center stone, absolutely amazing job it has the most beautiful natural Ruby and really kept the antique quality of the ring that I was wanting.. customer service was also amazing so helpful and courteous. Having move to Arizona a couple of years ago I have found my future jewelry store for all my needs.

Amazing customer service! Emily was very sweet and helpful. They advised to resize my ring it would take over a week, but they were able to complete it in 2 days! A different jewelry store (a major chain) had lied to me and said my ring wasnt real gold and refused to resize it (they said this because it was too complicated for them to resize it) but Michaels was able to take it in, and get the job done for me, and they were able to confirm it was real. Definitely going back to Michaels for my future jewelry needs!
