I had a genuinely enjoyable experience here at Burland Jewelry. I had lost my engagement ring and needed to replace it ASAP. I stopped by the store and the staff made the experience quick and easy, and also enjoyable! Super nice and friendly environment, and they have other services (like watch repair) as well. I will definitely be going back soon!

Found this place a couple of days ago while doing a simple Google search. Theyre only about 2 miles or so from my house so I decided to give them a try based on positive reviews Im glad I did!! All of the workers I encountered were very kind and personable. I just needed new batteries for a couple of watches, but I didnt get there until about 10 minutes before they were set to close. I fully intended to just drop my watches off with them and come back in the next day or so. They let me know that theyd be able to replace both batteries right then and there, talk about service! They were willing to stay a few extra minutes after closing to help a customer out, which I didnt expect, but fully appreciate. I just feel like they went above and beyond, they could have easily told me to come back the next day to pick my stuff up, but that wasnt the case. I absolutely recommend this place not only for the exceptional customer service, but the prices for changing the batteries were really reasonable as well. Will definitely come back here for any future jewelry repair needs and recommend that everyone do the same. Thank you again Burland jewelry!!

I love Burland Jewelry Center! I brought my mothers Anniversary ring to have it made into a Necklace. I used that and a ring of my Aunts that had diamonds in it. The Necklace turned out so Beautiful and instead scrapping the ring suggested I put 2 Sapphires in it. I couldnt be happier with both. A great family owned Business by a great family that make sure youre happy with your purchase.
