The Owner Kevin has watched my children grow up and treat them like family, always offering candy. I ONLY trust these folks with my jewelry needs and I hope one day my son will also purchase his wedding ring from Kevin as I did. These people are Family and have always treated me as such, never wavering from their Lifetime Repair Warranty, it's Guaranteed. I have custom jewelry such as a 2 finger and 3 finger 10K Gold rings that were made for me when I was 18 and now I am 43 looking to pass my jewelry to the next generation. Kevin and his family are the kindest and most respectful people you will EVER meet.

      Good morning Kim,Thank you for your business!Your watch got the BEST quality battery and comes with TWO years warranty.( our batteries can last at least three to five years)Before you decided to change the watch battery we told you the price including two years warranty in advance and we got your permission to do it .(the price included the cost of battery ,labor and two years warranty)If it happens within one week you may come with the receipt and we will remove the battery and give you refund .Have a happy Sunday!Watch N Save Jewelers Kevin Cheng
