    If your thinking of working here keep this in mind... This company has owed me hrs worked since the beginning of July.... It's now middle of January....and there is very littoe training you will find out your doing it wrong when somone tell you you're doing it wrong... Oh and I am cleaning todsy with only water and no soap because we have none so great job in the ordering department

    I worked for this company for near a year and a half at Sky Harbor Airport. Supervisors are hired from outside to supervise a job they have never done. A few were okay but there's a lot of underqualified ones. Here's looking at you Sylvia. Ones like her play favorites. It's not how hard you work it's who likes you. The pay was low and for various reasons we always kept having more duties added to our plate. Yet we never received more time or raises for completing these duties. When the night shift didn't complete their work it was up to our morning shift. This happened very frequently. The solution I was given due to overwhelming demands was 'just work faster' I did as often as i could and it was exhausting. When another cleaning company left. It was up to us to pick up the slack. They had a very high turnover rate and deservedly so. I'm surprised these jokers haven't lost the contract at Sky Harbor yet. I can totally vouch for what the reviewer below named Junior says about both the company and Sylvia as she was my last supervisor there. Update: when I first started with this company in 2019 there was no way to clock in yet because I wasn't added to it yet so I had to sign in/out on a paper. I worked 3 days at the end of the pay period that I was not paid for when the paycheck was due to for my first pay period. It took weeks of calls and talks to supervisors etc to finally get that pay and they still shorted me one day. I was not pleased. I had the option to go to the Labor Dept but i guessed that more than likely would have gotten me fired and at the time I needed to keep the job so I let it go. I earned the money back in my own way.

    The one good thing about this company is that they're a pretty good benefits and it's unionized but be prepared to be bullied by supervisors talk to like your dirt refer to as just associates and be told that they supervisors cannot put their hands to push trash down because they make it poked by something so it's okay for the associates to get poked by whatever but if you're supervisor you are much better of a human being apparently. There's very little respect from the supervisors to the associates and if you work second shift terminal 4 be prepared to double up on your responsibilities because nobody wants to work this shift because of management today promote no tolerance toward bullying within the company but that's literally in no way shape or form correct it is not practiced and you will be brushed off with any concerns of being disrespected or degraded or spoken down to and we'll have rumors spread about you throughout the supervisors and other people I'm highly allergic to mold they continued to put me in the bathroom with black mold I kept getting sick and that was about 6 months ago and they to this day make fun of me behind my back.
