        Line was long and the tellers slow. I know everybody is entitled to ask the teller as many questions as they want, but in this case bring in more tellers. Everybody goes through the same line, even if a banker's help is needed.

        the representative was not busy but did not want to assist me. I waited in line for 30 minutes and the representative did not take care of me anyway but he wanted to attend to me.
