Just want to say that Keith Newbil at Dish tv was so awesome to work with that I've just recently signed up for another 2yrs of service.The office at chandler and 56th st where Keith works at was the facility I stop in to see and get information regarding cable services. From the get go Keith know this business and with the excellent customer service one can't go wrong, you'll leave feeling very satisfied. Mike

Do your research. The companies business policies tells you a lot about them. I recently was taking delivery of an RV in the late afternoon. My wife and I wanted to take a quick weekend trip the next morning to get used to it. I purchased a Wineguard Dish system but forgot I might need a receiver. I tried Amazon but could not get it before the trip so I called Dish for an authorized retailer and they gave me Channel Choice. I called and sure enough they had one in stock. It was $200. This is double the price from Dish and hundreds of other retailers. I paid $79 for the same model at Sam's Club the last time. Be that as it may, I was willing to buy it at that price rather than be without TV for the weekend. When I went to pick it up, I started to wonder if the system I purchased from the RV dealer might have included the receiver so I politely asked if I could return the unopened box if that was the case. The answer was a quick "No, all sales are final". He followed with "product sales is not really their thing" for which I responded "Then why do you call yourself a reseller? I purchased the unit anyway dispite the feeling of being ripped off. I guess by not allowing returns they want that feeling to stay with you. I promise that it will. They would be the last company I would use or recommend to anyone, regardless of how good they say they are.

I contacted Keith and discussed switching form Direct TV to Dish, Channel Choice handles both.  We discussed the significant differences and I wound up moving to Dish and saving almost $100/month.Keith was very patient and answered all my questions and concerns.Once I made my decision, he scheduled my installation within a couple of days and had me up and running.He was able to get a couple of fees waived and demonstrated in his office how to use the features and functions of the system and the remote.One of the best parts is the service he and his team provide, after my install I still had some questions and he was quick to  respond and gave great advice over the phone.  He also said if I still needed help to come into his office and he would work with me.This was much better than just calling Dish TV over the phone.  Personal Service is great!Thanks Keith.. I highly recommend them.
