Im renting from an apartment complex that Ive been at for three years. Since I moved here Ive always had renters insurance. The new management company (The Tides on Southern) who took over required that I show proof of the insurance and name them as the party now having new ownership. I provided proof of this insurance in May, and was still charged for June, July, and August.I asked about it and the management company said I needed to reach out to this insurance company because its a third-party company and they have nothing to do with it. Since then they have replaced $25 for the month of August but have yet to see the credit for Jun and July

Our company did work for Nancy Foxen under AZ Insurance 4u she has now ghosted us on a $1k invoice. Complete Ghosted us after we really helped her out of a bind. Doesn't return our calls and we will probably have to go the small claims court route now. Such a pain. She knew our hourly rates before we started helping her and again she's given us no grievance or anything just disappeared and no return letters/call for a year now we've tried. I personally don't trust companies that let their people not honor their agreements.
