Our insurance rates just went up just like everything else we are all paying. With everything around us costing more and more each day, I was at my wits end when I saw my new bill. I called and spoke with Leisa Healis who took the time and understood what I was going through and took the time to review our entire policy and found some areas that we could make the payments a bit more manageable. If it wasn't for her taking the time and helping out and really understanding what I needed I would probably be shopping for another insurance company making things even more difficult. We have been with AmFam for a long, long time and because of people like Leisa we will be sticking around longer with them. Ron, I know this is your company but if I were you I would make sure that Lesia stays around and she is well taken care of, there are not a lot of people out there that show empathy for others, she is a rare find. Thanks again Leisa, you turned a stressful situation into something we can manage and I feel so much better.
