George Vuchinich: Allstate Insurance

Called to cancel a homeowner's policy for a sold property. Left 3 messages over a week. Never received a call back. When I finally got through to a human, they were abrasive and incompetent. I was able to contact a different Allstate agency, and they were able to resolve the issue in less than 5 minutes, despite the fact that they did not issue the policy.

This office is horrible, our account was sold to them when our long time agent retired. This office cannot handle the simplest changes to policies with out messing it up. They are so bad we just switched to a different Allstate agent. Also they do not know insurance, they did not tell me of benefits on a motorcycle policy so they can make more on commission instead of taking car of the customer. My opinion is that Allstate is a quality insurance company but this office is not, and no one should use this agent go somewhere else. Oh and I called them to fix their mistake and I never received a call back, I had to go to a different Allstate agent to fix this office's screw up.

Lowered my rates and better coverage. What more can you ask for?!
