        If I could negative stars I would. I have tried to get a hold of this agent that has my Home Owner's Policy. The policy was almost almost twice as much as last year and I have never had a claim. I have tried to reach out over the last month. Voice mail is full every time. I have emailed , no response. I went with another company that was way cheaper. Had to cancel with customer service.

        Absolutely the worst experience weve had with an insurance agent. Never answers the phone and does not return messages. Weve been with Farmers for over 20 years and this is the first time I had to call the company to request an agent change.
