I was hired as an agent and not even a week after being licensed she fired me and sent a bogus wholly inaccurate list of reasons, none of which were accurate. After canning pretty much all of the agents she did it again in the exact same way to the guy I trained with, again, wholly inaccurate. There is an admin who guided me to take the wrong test and essentially it cost me money to be there. In addition to the useless admin there was a 20 year old kid who was in some weird power trip acting like manager. Not only didn't she open policies she literally faked 100 calls a day to look prodyctive but questioned us if she felt like it. The owner Jenny didn't say a word to us for about a week. She would come in and out and pass right by us not saying a word. I drove a long way every day to deal with this joke of an agency just to be fired for not producing even though no agreed upon time period elapsed to justify it. Horrible incompetent unrofessional unethical people.
