AAA Phoenix 7th Street Branch

I had a promise to call me when they received the documents to process international driver licenses. They arrived 2 weeks ago, but I never got a call. Went to a different branch for processing. Bad customer service. Also too limited parking this location.

I had to call Triple A the 1 800 number several times to get this office to do what needed to be done it took all day after I had been sent there by their battery truck to get my battery that was not available on the truck and it took me till 9 o'clock that night to get my car serviced with a battery that was covered under Triple A so no it was not a good experience spending hours on the phone upon hours on the phone. I spent all day on the phone getting a battery from my car that was covered under warranty they put it in and March and enjoy the battery was out so so it shouldn't have been a problem for me to get a battery put in my vehicle when it died but it was and it took all day to get them to take care of their battery

Went in on Tuesday about an international driver permit. They did not have the cards so took my number and called me Wednesday morning. I went in, very quick, got my IDP, and soft sell on renewing my membership after collapse of 9 years.
