I called Jorge in the middle of the longest heatwave on record cause my a/c was blowing hot air. Despite having a full schedule he was at my home 20 minutes later. Multiple parts were out on my old unit and Jorge and his team came back each and every time to make sure my a/c was working properly and my family was comfortable. Issues all fixed in a single day. Not a good company to use. I hired them to go help my parents with an installation of the new ecobee thermostat, and the installer said that its friday and that he wanted to leave early. He didn't even assist my parents with the internet or the schedule. I DO NOT recommend the company

This summer, with such high temperatures in El Paso, Tx staying at home with the A/C not running is hard and unpleasant. So, I ckecked several HVAC repair companies reviews and chose ALAMO HVAC, LLC. I called them, and Mr Jorge Alamo came that same day, early Friday, he diagnosed the problem within a few minutes, explained what was wrong, how he fixed it and waited to make sure the A/C was working properly. While looking into one issue, he found all the issues that needed to be addressed. He told me what he was going to do and how much it would cost. Jorge was very polite, knowledgeable, and patient.
