Instant Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

Had another company service our central ac according to a service contract telling us it was time to replace our unit costing close to 10 k dollars. Suspected something wasnt right and called Instant Air Conditioning & Refrigeration. The service rep went over our unit and found no discrepancies and the unit didnt need replacing! James was absolutely spectacular. I told him what I thought the problem was and he made sure to check every possible issue that it could be which was definitely necessary. He asked about my availability and made sure to speed up his assessment when I told him I needed to get back to work. Very professional and polite 10/10 would recommend!

Our A/C unit is about 8 years old. I called Instant Air Conditioning & Refrigeration and Henry really helped us out. The rates were practical, the service terrific and I learned a lot about how the unit functions. We are excited, pleased and have a maintenance contract! What a gift!

Henry was professional, explained everything in detail, and performed a very thorough assessment of our system. He talked to us about options for replacing our existing system, and gave us recommendations on possible upgrades, without recommending anything that was not necessary at the moment.
