Matt came out about a week before the job and we went over the whole plan to ensure they did what I wanted. Matt and Alphonso were both very professional, knowledgeable and we're very respectful of my property during installation. My original unit that was to be installed was delayed so 5 star upgraded me with a different unit at no extra cost. They got the whole job done in the time promised and they were excellent to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs an air conditioning company.

Everyone during this process, from my first interaction with Tim, to my quote with Chuck and the entire removal and replacement of my 25 year old hvac system was a pleasure to work with. Ashley, Tony, Tristan and Lucas kept me updated throughout the entire process and got cold ac woring again in minimal time. Alot of companies out there could learn a few things about customer care and professionalism from this team of experts. I had this company install new AC (on the roof) and add second air duct. Amazing, professional company. Tim, Ashley, and guys were amazing. Spent a lot of time making sure everything worked correctly. Good pricing and impressive work!!! Services: Installation, HVAC duct & vent installation
