Technician Daniel was knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire inspection process. This was the most thorough inspection of my two units ever. I was provided with photos of the entire process along with recommendations for future services. There was no attempt at upselling. I will highly recommend Desert Diamond Air to friends and neighbors. And, one final note, you have a true gem of an employee in Daniel.

Can't say enough good things about Desert Diamond Air. I was dreading replacing my 18 year old AC, but the process was much easier than I anticipated. Everyone I interacted with at Desert Diamond Air was fantastic. Tyler came to my home, answered all of my questions, and provided me with the most detailed and easy to understand estimate of all 3 companies I got estimates from. A few days later Shawn and Alexandro installed my new AC. They were friendly, worked quickly, and took great care in making sure everything was done correctly. A few days after that, Nixa came by to do the post-installation inspection and made sure everything was in tip top shape. Her attention to detail was top notch. Lastly, Cambria in the office is so nice and kept me well informed all throughout the process. The new unit itself (Trane XV17) is amazing. I was skeptical of reviews that said "it's so quiet, I can't hear it running." I thought to myself, that's dumb, it has to make noise. But to my surprise, I can barely tell when it turns on. So much quieter than my old unit. Looking forward to seeing how it performs in the Arizona heat. Well if you've read this far, good work. In summary, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Desert Diamond Air. An A+ experience start to finish. Thank you!

I have used Desert Diamond in the past with a different tech. Joel arrived yesterday within the timeframe given for my annual maintenance contract services. As usual a phone call and a text ahead of time and a courteous upbeat attitude even after a long day. I was a little surprised with the findings when less than 7 months earlier I had all the suggested work done...I do however know why and that is helpful. I will continue using DDAC as my go to and I WILL definitely ask for Joel again. *4/9/24 - DDAC back today as part of my maintenance contract (which I want to say was the best $$ I spent on anything when I moved here). Dakota was the tech this time and again, DDAC hires to best techs ever. Courteous, on time, knowledgeable, I could go on and on. I will renew my maint contract with them and should I need a new unit..... well I will call them for that also. Thanks DDAC Service: A/C preventive maintenance
