        They cancelled 5 minutes before their show up window and tell me they cant clean until next week. I have plans next week and needed my apartment cleaned by the weekend at the latest. They had no solution just to say we cant help you. Yet if I were to cancel same day I would be charged a fee. This is unacceptable. This was scheduled 3 weeks in advance also. I understand things come up but they should have a next day solution for you to have someone out. Never using again.
