    I am extremely disappointed in Phoenix children’s customer service I have been calling for 13 days my son had back to back seizures I have spoken to three different reps and no one can call me back I have even scheduled an online appointment for dr wilfong this last person I spoke to said her name was Alexa and was transferring me to her manager Jessica but I just waited on the line

    Referred here by primary care and there is a waiting list until September!? This is unacceptable! How can people be expected to wait this long?

    Every time I turn around, I'm being advised that an appointment we scheduled months ago - based on availability for the doctor - either doesn't exist or was moved or cancelled by the scheduling system. A representative cannot reach out and let me know? Somebody can't check with me and make sure that whenever they're rescheduling the appointment for, I don't have something else scheduled that day? Someone can't reach out and let me know that the appointments been canceled, so that I don't drive all the way over there for nothing? My son was premature at 24 weeks 3 days. These are not just annual check-up appointments. Services through DDD get delayed because we're waiting on these appointments with the specialists. I have wasted so much time on the phone and in-person scheduling these appointments, just to end up with nothing in the end. My son's care is again delayed. I can't even get return phone calls from office managers or anyone else. They really need to take the word children out of the hospital name because they are not worried about children at all. Repeated waste of time! Repeated delays in my son's care! And if you're familiar with PCH at all, you are typically giving a waitlist scheduling before you're given an actual doctor visit scheduling. My son is not even in any type of physical or occupational therapy right now because we're stuck on a wait list.
