Dr Kennedy was very informative and easy to talk to. More importantly he did not rush the appointment.

I have had a bad experience with my neuro doc who I am seeing for a 'probable PSP' diagnosis. PSP is fatal with no cure nor. treatment. That doesn't mean the patient doesn't want a relationship with their doctor. My doc is a deaf/mute. In four appointments, I have learned absolutely nothing about my condition. It's a five hour drive to see her. I also think she may have violated Hippa privacy guidelines by speaking loudly to me in the crowded hallway, to the effect of saying, 'you better get out your bucket list and walk carefully." (I have a witness). She also shamed me in front of good friend who had driven me down from Prescott by repeatedly saying I would-be committing suicide if I resorted to SEAD (stop eating and drinking). She certainly has no close relatives who have or who have died from PSP. I'm not going to use her name here. But I warned her today, via the portal, that I expect more from her. So far, in addition to perhaps breaking the law, she has done nothing. I have another appt with. her this week. You can find her name from my name. Tell her I see her as uncaring and unprofessional. If she and I can't agree on certain things (NO SHAMING), I will request she find me another Barrow neurodoc. And if I'm not satisfied, I will take this Hippa matter to the Federal level.
