Erin it is unacceptable that Dad was dying from lack of professional and medical responsibility...I thought with Glencroft being a SKILLED Nursing Facility to care for my Father as well as a CHRISTIAN based Hospice Team of Medical Professionals my Dad was well looked after...Why wouldn't you and every other Nurse at Glencroft detect an elevated temperature, 4 Tbls of Orange colored Urine, Severe Dehydration Infection clogging up my Dad's Lungs, thick green mucus trapped inside my Father's mouth to the extent that his tongue became glued to the back of his throat no one ever suctioning my Father's mouth, which contributed to his sudden rejection of food and water?..Not to mention his eyes were glued shut due to drainage...Left in the critical condition brought on by absolute neglect, apathy, and disregard of human suffering my Father had NO CHOICE but to be at the end of his LIFE...You all have become too detached and desensitized...I told you Erin my Father is a FIGHTER, if he's given a fighting chance...You all failed my Father in the most unGodly way...It's NOT your will but God's Will be DONE. Thank God for His Love & Mercy

The care and compassion shown by everyone at Faith Hospice was amazing! They're efforts made a difficult time easier to navigate. They're continued care and compassion efforts following up with us after my Mom's passing have been priceless. Thank you all so much for what you do! May God Bless you!

Faith Hospice met everyone of my Fathers needs and the family as well. All staff were caring, professional and reassuring. What ever he needed they were there and provided it in a loving manner. I couldn't recommend they any more highly. Thanks for being with us in this most difficult time and helping us get through it.

Our visit to review reports from radiology day after Christmas. The report must have been so severe I and Ron were told hospice will be at our home tomorrow. We both were in complete shock Just 15 days prior Ronnie had the PEC Scan. The next day Faith Hospice came to our home as scheduled. Not knowing what to expect. Ronnie and I had it with downfalls with any and and all surprises. It was such breathtaking feeling how the nurses showed so much compassion. Ronnie was so at ease and listening to each every word. When the chaplain came on board. Ronnie knew with a small visit and period of prayer and always giving thanks for the blessed moment. Faith Hospice supported Ronnie on a daily bases with any and everything Ronnie needed meds to equipment. Transportation to a private home was so important for Rons comfort. The process was handled totally with the patients comfort and safety. While in a private home the care and compassion was provided by the most professional group of people. Ron always was always a wear that his caregivers were of best interest The four days that Ronnie spent in the private home, under the supervision of Faith Hospice was unbelievable. The days so few flew by in a flash. Faith Hospice made the release journey for Ronnie was a blessed moment. Ronnie and I were given the privilege of private time together and it was a most beautiful experience that anyone could possibly feel. At the moment Ron opened his eyes and said I Love You Pa.. . I, Patti knew right then and there my Ronnie was gone. All I could say To the angels help hold the gates open. Ronnie is on his way to the Beautiful Kingdom of Heaven. I had tears of joy for my Ronnies new beginnings, new rebirth: Peace Be With You, Ronnie. Alleluia Alleluia Thank you Oh so ever so much Faith Hospice for being there for us Ron & Patti

After months of trying to find a hospice for my mother, I came across Faith Hospice. They came out the very next day. They ordered everything my mom needed. The hospital bed, diapers, chair and medication was delivered within a day or two to my door. They accessed her condition and was honest, caring, understanding and the level of compassion was so sincere. The staff was incredible. From the nurse to the social worker to the chaplain, and the delivery driver, they went over and beyond. I got phone calls everyday. And all I had to do was pick up the phone and they were available 24/7. They even provided extended emotional support to extended family members if they needed to talk. My mom passed away 11 days after and they were there through the tears and fears. The person who came to the house to determine my mom's condition, (I don't remember her title) was the best. She stayed with us for a while instead of just leaving right away to make sure we were okay. I couldn't ask for a better group of specialists to care for my Mom in her final days. I thank you Faith Hospice and my family thanks you for all your support and compassion during this difficult time. You are the best. They even provide bereavement counselling up to a year if the family requires it. You won't be disappointed with the level of care they provide.
