Both my parents are in a nursing home. They have been using Geriatric Solutions since the beginning of 2022 and we have had great service from them. The staff is very responsive and they love Dr. Sparrow. Thank you to GS for excellent service!

It would be ZERO STARS IF I COULD DO THAT.......People RUN FROM THIS really super bad place and look them up also about what some employees have said they are the worst amd im going to go now .....this is the real thing ......my review.......hope you others listen to us all who have left bad bad reviews and I wont say right here what they did but there no GOOD AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place is horrible.!!!I am the partner of rose writing this review.Rose is bed ridden after hemorrhage stroke.The nurse.practitioner that came.in our home.treated us.horribly.Called me.a.liar and treated rose aweful.Rose.got sick because of her actions called in office last week there no call back rose.could have died.I would be very reluctant to use this place.They are rude non compassionate and non caring.The nurse.practitioner that comes out is rude and uneducated.on matters w bed ridden people.So disgusted

Horrible! I would not recommend Geriatric Solutions. Appointments are communicated last minute and they would prefer telehealth. My grandfather is 94 years, blind in one eye and hard of hearing and telehealth is not the best form of care. I have communicated this several times and they still try to do telehealth. Once I refuse, there is no follow-up on when a provider will come out. There was a change in Physicians and service has only gotten worse since then. Labs were requested over 4 months ago and still have not been completed. Most recently, I have attempted to contact the provider with no return call. Three attempts over two weeks is not caring or delivering quality care to enhance quality of life as they state. Understaffing is the organizations issue and the patients should not have to feel the effects of this when it comes to their healthcare and the services they need.
