I just recently had open heart surgery. It was mentally a huge surprise to me. Pam was assigned to come to my home once I was released from the hospital. Pam is the nicest and most professional help I could have asked for. She gave me confidence in my recovery and was very knowledgeable on my condition and what suggestions I needed. Thank you Pam for coming to our home. They are lucky to have you!

Had skin cancer surgery, treatment, physical therapy exercises. In home care RN went "above & beyond". Sandy would text me day she would arrive to let time she would be here. Always very professional and caring. Showed me how to do my daily medical care. When I had appointment for my care she would work with me to work around my schedule. After my surgery she meant me at my buddies house since I had to spend the night to be observed. Sandy is a very kind, caring person, RN.

My friends are amazed at my recovery time from a very painfull right knee replacement. I owe my sucess to the professional, dedication I received from Lorraine Sonek. I was so fortunate the day she came into my home. I developed other problems Lorraine immediately address with my primary care doctor.. the issue was much more serious than I took it for granted for and Lorraine very carefully advise me without panicking me that I needed to see my doctor's right away while keeping the situation in complete control herself. How ever she never let down on her first mission here and that was to get me to exercise and get this knee in good motion so that I can go on with my life. I am 82 by the way, and Lorraine never let that get in the way of my progress. I thank you again Lorraine you truly were an inspiration for my speedy recovery. I so appreciated your friendly smile. it showed how warm your heart was and how truly concerned you were for me. You are a credit to your profession and to Firstat Home Health Service.

I have been a patient for many years and I have always had great experiences with all of the nurses I have had; Sandy, Nona, and Leslie. Don't pay attention to the negative reviews, this company is professional, knowledgeable, and extremely caring. Leslie will be greatly missed too! Especially by my dog, she always gave him lots of treats and love!

I was fortunate enough to Sandy as my wound care Nurse. Sandy was professional and very courteous. The care and education I was given was second to none. Every interaction was pleasant and definitely valued. We joked, laughed but most of all knew I was well taken care of during each and every visit. I appreciate everything Sandy did for me and would highly recommend her for all your nursing needs.
