Why do you put the oldest, slowest person on the front self check registers where theyre responsible for clearing ID checks and helping customers in 6 or 8 registers? Bad enough having to self check, but at least put someone with a sense of urgency up there to help.

Updated** Digital and subscription deals are not customer friendly and too invasive on our privacy. Our groceryand hygiene and prescriptions and everything are being tracked. If everyone resisted we could have normal sales and prices for everyone, not just those willing to let a corporation know everything they buy. 3 stars for Frys going the status quo. Original**Pretty good self checkout of 6 lanes, clean. Fry's has good prices but they don't pay their employees well at all, that's why the prices during sales are so good though. If you can afford to work there by all means not a bad place to work.

Was unpacking my groceries a few weeks ago and realized I bought expired 2022 Annies Vegan mac & cheese. 1. I called the store to tell them to pull it off the shelf before anyone else bought it 2. Went to the store to exchange for non expired but the whole display was bad still. I told the manager she looked at me like I was so rude and bothering her. 3. Weeks later, I was there today and still an entire display of expired mac. I personally watched them be removed from the display this time but why did it take this many steps to get expired food off the shelf?

No one at deli counter, come to find out he was behind me stocking to whole time, looked up and saw me and kept stocking. I finally say excuse me, do you work back here. He said yes but my manager wants me to stock...so who is supposed to help me? He walked off to the back, so rude and disrespectful! Finally found a manager who was trying to find another manager to help instead of just helping me with what I needed. Everyone here is so rude and disrespectful! Last time ever shopping at Fry's again!
