The over all experience at check out is average, employees look tired and are not so friendly but what got them this low low rate is after several visits the made fresh boot is always bad, employees are rude (except one younger lady) they keep you waiting, they are rude and are tightwad when you ask for anything you may need such as extra plate or whatever, rice is kind if not included with the cocido unless is dumped into it, otherwise there is a charge. Eating area is mostly dirty even when there is no customers at the counter, thus is a general, every day attitude Other wise stire is clean and well organized but definitely not Bashas stzndard

This store is really close to my parents house so my 60 year old mother goes walking there often and there is more than one cashier that refuses to take her coins as a form of payment. If I know who these cashiers are I will be placing a complaint with corporate. Coins are a valid form of payment it does not matter if they dont have space in their drawer for them or not!!!! As soon as my mother tells me their names I will file the complaint.

Chicken last couple of times have been spoiled, I know (dates) are in correctly.. ..for fact when cooking should not tastes or smell bad after cooking,I've had family and party and was very bad thats in one day.
