El Super #55

You find everything from Mexico here, prices are fair and quality is not bad but the service is so bad, first there's always only 1 or 2 cashiers so expect long lines, cashiers are slow and they sometimes chat with co-workers while they are scanning the items so you have to check if they scanned item twice and charge you double and meat department attendees are very rude. There is NO customer service here. That's why I always try to avoid this market.

On Wednesday I arrived with my wife at supermarket #55 around 7 pm and when we were going to pay the line was long but more than one person realized that the cashier was on the chat phone and when it was her turn to chat on the Bad phone service because it spends more time than providing service. If someone says it's a lie, there's the security camera, unless the camera doesn't work.
