    I hope this post finds Sally well. Yesterday, I was at the check out line and my spouse let me use his bank card to purchase the groceries I was trying to buy. However, I did not know how much money he had on the card and the purchase came up short. It only paid for $12 dollars worth of the groceries and the rest was declined after that. GAIL who was the cashier yesterday offered to suspend the transaction until I can put more money on the card. So, since she was offering this and since this is my spouse's card, I decided to call him on my phone, I told him what was going on, and I asked him if there's any way he could put more money on the card. While I was on the phone with him, GAIL starts yelling at me and repeats the question of suspending the transaction. I told her that was what I was asking my spouse right now and GAIL says "You can't make your own decisions?" I told her that it's not my card and it's not my money; it's up to my spouse what he wants to do with his money. Then GAIL calls the supervisor and this short Mexican girl shows up. GAIL tells the girl that I'm holding up the line and this girl, IN THE MOST IGNORANT WAY, tells me that I can't be holding up the line like that. So now I have TWO people WHO ARE NOT treating me like I'm a customer! Then she takes me to another register and cancels out my transaction, and I confront her about her FOUL behavior towards me, then I make her give me the store's information with the manager's name and the phone number to the store. I also asked for her name and the cashier's name. She only gave me the cashier's name and the store number, but she kept refusing to give me her name and the PHONE NUMBER to the store! I told her several times to give me the phone number and she kept pointing out the store number before she actually gave me the phone number! AND SHE STILL DIDN'T GIVE ME HER NAME! I wanted to find the best time to contact Sally about this incident and this Mexican girl couldn't even get her story straight about the manager's schedule! So, finally I got to talk to the assistant manager about all this and I filed a complaint against GAIL and this short Mexican girl for accusing me of holding up the line when I was trying to solve this issue, for NOT treating me like a customer and making me feel welcomed there, and for the poor way they handled the situation! JUST BECAUSE SOMEONE HAS AN ISSUE WITH A CARD DOES NOT MEAN YOU CAN KICK THEM DOWN FOR IT AND TREAT THEM LIKE THEY'RE SUDDENLY NOT A CUSTOMER ANYMORE!!!!! I want this post to reach Sally because she needs to know that she has people working there who DO NOT MAKE ME FEEL VALUED AND DO NOT SEE ME AS A CUSTOMER AND DO NOT MAKE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE TO SHOP AT THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN!! I will NEVER shop at this store location ever again because these NASTY people treated me with nothing but CRUELTY!!
