Arizona Department of Economic Security

The whole DES experience has been below average, ripe with managerial process and/or performance problems. Folks there collectively have not been helpful, less than fair, non-empathetic, and often contradictory. Small wonder the poor reputation this office has State wide. This place needs a full blown audit top to bottom.

I am from Tennessee. I was walking one day and thought I was going to have a heat stroke if I didnt get inside and get some water. The security guard got me a bottle of water and I sat in a chair near a kind lady named Sherry. They were so kind to me. Thanks

Every time I come here the wait isnt that bad compared to other locations. 20-30 minutes which is expected at any type of gov offices. The ladies that help me are always friendly and efficient. As long as you do your part and come prepared with all the correct paperwork and identification, then it should go smooth. It sucks that it is so far from me though.
