        The cashier didnt even bag up my items and just handed me a bag.

        Refuses to let Uber or Lift drivers use the restrooms late nights... We found it safer to use QT.... Not any more....

        I am very disappointed. QT holds their employees to higher standards than this. I didnt get a greeting from anyone when I came in. I noticed the kitchen staff had partially finished sandwiches open on the kitchen counter. Adrian M was on his phone talking to someone, at the same time as he was checking out a customer. The manager on duty didnt comment or even bother to care to call him out and tell him to put his phone away. The female doing the upkeep around the store didnt greet me or even respond when spoken to by me. I told her have a good day as I walked out the store while she cleaned windows at the front door. She barely looked up, and didnt respond. I spoke to her two separate times in the store. The customer service needs some serious improvement. I will still come to this store, and I hope the next I time I visit it has been improved. This is my regular store when I come on this side of town, and Im less than impressed with the service. Im not sure if this is regular staff or not, but they did not uphold the QT standard at all. This store is usually amazing.

        Restrooms closed from 9pm-5am ! Couldnt even open the restrooms for my 4 year old daughter. QT is supposed to be the only reliable place for restrooms and we cant even get that nomore. So upseting
