Things were fine with the crews out to do the work. My problem is I have spoke to Idele? Prior to start of project and discussed my concern with timeliness as aps left us hanging for weeks after one of their projects. She assured me it would be very quick and easy. A month after completion I still have my carport tore up and back yard walkway cement tore up and new cement has not been laid and no communication, I called today to get an update, spoke to Idele again-she contacted the cement department who unfortunatly will not be able to complete until maybe the end of the year. Obviously way this is out of our hands so I told Her its disappointing but for future customers maybe try and get everyone on the same page and give them transparency for projects and started to say will you have the cement guys call me to coordinate as I have Dogs I need to make sure are locked up and she rudely said this is all o have for you and hung up on me. In late July/early August we had our gas line moved due to a pool build and southwest gas was the company. We experienced many issues during this problem including irrigation not being properly capped but most notably, they ran over our back RV gate/wall while doing construction. They took 1+ month to replace it, at which point our bent gate was reinstalled so poorly that within a week the hinges came off. I contacted the manager September 8th informing him it needed to be repaired as quickly as possible. As of July 15, he was waiting on a quote and that is the last I heard from him. I contacted him on 9/24 and received no response. Today, on 9/28 the gate came completely off the hinges and fell down, letting all three of my dogs out of the yard and into the neighborhood - I live off a very busy road and this could've been fatal. I contacted the manager yet again and have heard nothing. At this point my family (including my four year old son) and my three dogs safety are at risk with no end in sight. Additionally, our inspection for the pool will likely fail due to improper security in place.Submitted complaint to the BBB and will ultimately seek legal action if this is not corrected
