We had an account for many years and finally had to switch vendors due to service levels and price increases. We continued to receive price increases without notice, on our rental fees and tank purchases. We had multiple billing issues throughout the years as well. Finally we closed our account and had our rental tanks picked up. The drive had no idea what he was picking up, but informed us that we should get a credit for the one tank we had which was not used. We never received that credit. I called the company and they tell me to contact the billing department, so we call the billing department and they tell us to contact the store directly. Finally we try to talk to a manager, and were told he was putting out fires and would call us back. After receiving no call we tried again and the manager picked up the phone. He recognized the name when I introduced myself as someone he was supposed to follow up with, but did not. He informed me that they do not credit unused tanks, and offered no apologies for their misinformed driver. Again poor service across the board, and lack of communication. I would not be able to recommend this company to anyone.

Their driver of truck number 13503 blocks half the roadway and almost caused an accident. I watched him cough without covering his face at all! Clearly, he doesn't care about the safety of others. The security guard at the university where I get my dental work done was just sitting on his golf cart allowing it to happen. Beware!
