        My name is Chatauna Robinson. I want everyone to know that, Mike, of Affordable Garage Door and Opener Repair/S.O.S is a wonderful man and company. The Lord, blessed this man and he saved me hundreds of dollars. He charged me $360.00 to fix my garage door. The first man wanted to charge me $3,000.00 for a brand new garage door. When I wouldn't bend he then offered to fix it for another ridiculous price. Another man wanted to charge me, $704.00. Another man gave me a choice to either fix my door for $1,500.00 or replace my garage door for $2,500.00. I am on fixed income and a senior and Mike with Affordable Garage Door and Opener Repair were wonderful. I highly recommend this company. All he did was put one strut on my door and replaced all of my wheels and tighten everything up for me including my spring. Everyone one else wanted to charge me ridiculous prices. I thank God for people like him and his company for not wanting to gouge people for money. They actually try and save you money.

        Dont waste your money on this company. Owner is rude and unprofessional. They came to do tuneups and later said you need new motor for opener. Bla bla years after motor still working. Thats about how they know. Dont give them chance to screw you! -1 star

        I had a tension spring broke on garage door. I was looking for the parts to fix my self. I called and talked to Marcus told me he had the parts. Sent my wife up and Marcus was so helpful and kind to her. He told her to have me call if I had any questions. I called him a couple time while doing the job and he was very nice and helpful. Definitely wanna recommend him. Awesome guy

      Hi this is Rick Lane Owner of Affordable Garage Door and Opener Repair I have no record of this customer and definitely would have addressed his concerns ad far as being rude you really cant stay in business being rude I wish this if he is a customer would have called and talked to me like anyone else would have As you can tell I strive for real reviews none are bought like the people with thousands of reviews I wont do that but then you get customers like this that has no problem with throwing a 1 star review out like its nothing???Who does that ? We work hard for our reviews The only thing I can think of what he is talking about with his opener would be remote connectivity and to fix this would be a logic board replacement which is close to $225 And we would have told him it would make better since to replace the whole opener because after 10 15 years why would you pay for something so old So of getting out of the car to hit the button then walk through the house is considered still working then, great But we like to offer worry free doors or openers because who wants to mess with the latter Wish you would have called but Im going to consider this REVIEW ABUSE because you never gave us a chance for explanation Try A1 OR AUTHENTIC If you want to really see what rude is or a predator at work So GOOD LUCK Proud Owner Of Affordable Garage Door and Opener Repair Rick Lane 602-672-1418 Www.affordablegaragedoor.biz
