I purchased an $8000.00 leather sofa 8 months ago and the dye is coming off and a piece of wood sticks you in the back when reclined. I spoke with the owner Shupei Chiao of the AZ Thomasville stores and he refuses to make this right. Before speaking with the owner, customer service has been giving me the runaround for the last 8 months. I thought I was dealing with a reputable company but I was wrong.

We purchased 2 chairs from Thomasville furniture. We’ve had these 2 chairs in our formal living room. Which means they’ve had very little use. Suddenly the springs underneath the chairs started breaking. See below photos. Look closely and you can see where these clips are breaking away from the springs. Very maddening. I called Thomasville which informed me they only have a five-year coverage policy. They were minimal concerned with my damaged chairs. I called multiple furniture repair services and sent them the below photos. Low and behold I was informed Thomasville used these CHEAP plastic hooks to hold their springs in. The Furniture repair said these clasps cost about $.10 apiece. So I guess it save them money-BUT not for me!! It cost me $450. To repair these “Like-New” Chairs. I’ll never 👎 buy furniture from Thomasville again.

I LOVE THE PEOPLE AT THOMASVILLE. THEY ARE HONEST AND TAKE CARE OF BUSINESS. WE WORK ON THEIR TRUCKS AND NEVER HAVE I HAD TROUBLE GETTING PAID. GREAT BUNCH OF PEOPLE.....
