Preston Funeral Homes went above and beyond for my husbands family. My brother in law passed away and even though he was going to another funeral home per his Last will and testament they still helped square away the insurance policy and frankly assisted my husband and brother in law with issues that were not even their problem. The customer service, the empathy, and frankly how we felt like they were helping family and made sure everything went smoothly I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thank you and God bless.

From a business standpoint, this Funeral Home did not have to do anything when my brother passed, because his last Will And Testament sent him to another funeral home. However, went out of their way to assist our family in squaring away the insurance policy, which shouldve been handled expeditiously by the other Funeral Home, and wasnt I think Devon for the That Preston Funeral Home extended to our family when they were not even handling the arrangement's. .
