        YRC literally dropped our machine, shattering parts of it, bending both steel lids and aluminum reflectors and had the audacity to return it to our dock rather than keep it on theirs and work things out. The destroyed machine has no value to us at this point and is unsellable. They sent us a bill for this! The claims department has mishandled this for months. Their claims forms have fax and phone numbers that ring fast busy and are not valid numbers. The emails on the form go nowhere. It took a Herculean effort to get their attention. I had faxed, emailed for weeks before going down their rabbit hole. In no way, shape or form will I ever use YRC/Reddaway again. I will not allow them to pick up for a customer either. I have gotten zero service and 1200 pounds of garbage left at my rear dock.
