They claim to be open 24/7 but theyre not. Waited 3.5 - 4 hrs just for a lumper because they say they need to approve or wont reimburse this is unprofessional they know they have early appt times they should have people available.

Terrible experience with this broker!! No sense of customer service from Michele Martinez, load 0047991 was picked up on time and delivered on time, my driver did check in/outs on the Macropoint app, I even communicated the drivers locations through email at all time when requested. They deciced to deduct $250 from the already $2/mile bad rate just because the driver didnt track, this people have all the intention to rip up truck drivers/carriers with late fees or no tracking fees even thou you communicate with them, DO NOT USE THEM!

I have been with a couple companies since 2006 with my cdl and Coldliner is one of the better companies out there they do what they say they are going to do no smoke screen orientation you will get miles and good loads and the pay is fair and very competitive. I highly recommend this company to any safe drivers that's looking to make a switch to a better opportunity in the driving profession.
