Terrible & inefficiency process Flooring Inc has to deal w customer service issues - my 6k paid for product sitting in warehouse was scheduled to ship last week - it has NOT, log into my account w company & states pending shipping w past date -impossible to speak to person, scheduling call back does not happen, system kicks u back to text option & I guess honored to at least text a rep of company & they state product 100% shipped - when I say not so - crickets & no response since last week dont know a a business is above water w inadequate process in place to resolve key piece of business - lets see if I get a call back now !!! UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE !!!!

My order wasn't able to be processed because they sold me a product that was out of stock? After that I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone. It's been about a week now. Terrible customer service. No communication. My order #5242370
